At Khaitily, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all customers. This Shipping Policy explains how shipping, delivery, and order processing are handled across our marketplace.

Khaitily is a multi-vendor platform, meaning each shop, designer, or tailor (“Vendor”) is responsible for preparing and fulfilling their own orders. Khaitily does not directly ship items; shipping is fully the responsibility of the Vendor.

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Local Orders – Vendors in Kuwait
Most vendors offer one or more of the following options:

  • Standard Delivery: 1–4 business days

  • Express Delivery: Same day or next day (if offered)

  • Store Pickup: If available

Delivery times may vary based on:

  • Vendor processing time

  • Tailoring or customization time

  • Customer location

  • Delivery partner availability

Custom or tailored orders require additional time. Actual delivery dates will be shown at checkout if provided by the vendor.

2. International Shipping

Some vendors support international shipping. If available:

  • Delivery time: 5–14 business days

  • Duties & Taxes: Customer is responsible

  • Shipping fees: Depend on the vendor and destination country

If a vendor does not ship internationally, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Set by individual vendors and displayed on the product page and checkout.

  • Khaitily may charge a small service fee per order (if applicable).

  • Vendors may offer:

    • Free delivery above a certain order amount

    • Free store pickup

    • Discounted delivery during promotions

4. Order Processing & Tracking

After placing an order:

  1. You will receive an order confirmation email.

  2. Once the vendor dispatches the item, you will receive:

    • Shipping confirmation

    • Tracking number or delivery details (if available)

    • Direct contact from the vendor for further details (if applicable)

If tracking is unavailable, delivery updates will be provided manually via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

5. Multiple Items in One Order

  • Items from different vendors may arrive in separate shipments.

  • Each vendor sets their own shipping timeline.

  • Shipping fees may apply per vendor.

6. Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Address

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or no response:

  • Shipping fees may be charged again for re-delivery.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate delivery address

  • Correct contact details

  • Being available to receive shipments

7. Damage or Loss During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged or is lost:

  1. Report within 48 hours via info@khaitily.com

  2. Include photos or videos for investigation

Depending on the vendor’s policy, you may receive:

  • A replacement

  • Repair service (for custom items)

  • A partial or full refund

8. Custom / Tailored Orders

Custom-made items may involve:

  • Additional production time

  • Limited cancellation windows

  • Non-refundable delivery fees

Exact timelines will be shared by the vendor before checkout.
